Reagan Oduor Nyachieng'a, the founder and executive director of M-Tafsiri Africa, has been making a significant impact in Kenya. Through his community-based organization, Reagan has been teaching traditional Kenyan percussion music to former homeless children and youth in various slums like Kabiria, Kawangare, Kibera, and Ngong. His efforts have not only provided these children with a means of expression but also contributed to their social-emotional healing and overall development from 2005 to 2022. Currently, M-Tafsiri Africa is working in collaboration with its partners to establish a music school and creative hub for kids and young people in Kenya. Alongside this, the organization aims to introduce a CultureCrew Kenya project inspired by the successful KulturCrew concept from Scandinavia, which will benefit school children across the country Kenya. The team and Members of M-Tafsiri Africa have been supportive of the mission and vision of the organization leading to transforming the lives of many Kenya children and youth.
